What do I need?

n8n (Cloud or self-hosted), a Google account (Sheets + Gmail) and an OpenAI API key. No coding.

How does it know when to stop?

Mark the quote Won or Lost in the sheet, or let it reach the maximum number of follow-ups (3 by default).

What does it cost to run?

n8n Cloud Starter is €24/mo (€20/mo billed yearly), and self-hosted n8n is free. AI costs are estimated at a fraction of a cent per draft. The guide shows the maths.
